01What you can report
Anyone may report any content on this site that may be illegal, or that otherwise breaks the standards set out in our Compliance Statement, including anything listed under Prohibited content. You do not need to be a subscriber to report something.
That includes, for example:
- content that may be illegal anywhere it can be seen
- content that may involve anyone under 18
- content published without the consent of a person who appears in it
- anything that suggests trafficking, coercion or exploitation
- a breach of your copyright or your privacy
- a billing problem
02How to report
Write to info@ayisha.com with the word COMPLAINT in the subject line, or use the contact page. Reports are read by a person, not a queue.
You may instead use CCBill’s independent complaints/take down request form. Reports made there reach us through CCBill and are handled in exactly the same way.
03What to tell us
The address of the page or the name of the photograph, so we can find exactly what you mean.
What the concern is, and why you believe the content is illegal or breaks our standards.
A way to reply to you. If the report concerns you personally, or a person who may be under 18, say so and it will be treated as urgent.
04How a report is reviewed
All reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five business days.
- Received. Every report is logged and acknowledged in writing within 2 business days.
- Taken down while we look. Content reported as possibly illegal, as involving a person under 18, or by a person who appears in it, is removed from the site at once and stays down while the review takes place.
- Reviewed. The publisher looks at the content itself, the report, the consent and age records held for everyone depicted, and the law and our standards.
- Decided. We tell you the decision in writing, with the reasons for it, and how to appeal if you disagree.
05Possible outcomes
Depending on what the review finds, the outcome may be one or more of the following:
- the content is permanently removed from the site
- the content is edited, for example to remove a person or a detail who should not have been shown
- the content is restored, where the report is found not to be justified
- the access of any member responsible for misuse is suspended or ended
- the matter is reported to law enforcement, and where it may involve a minor, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children
- for a billing complaint, a refund or cancellation arranged through CCBill
- no action, where the report is not upheld — always with the reasons explained to you
06Appeals
If you disagree with a decision, you may appeal it. Write to info@ayisha.com with the word APPEAL in the subject line within 30 days of the decision, saying which decision you are appealing and why.
The appeal is a fresh look at the whole matter, including anything new you send us, and is carried out wherever possible by a different person from the one who made the first decision. Appeals are also decided within five business days, and you are told the outcome in writing with the reasons.
Should there be any disagreement regarding an appeal, that disagreement will be resolved by a neutral body, at the expense of AYISHA COTTONTAIL LLC. Nothing in our Terms of Service or anywhere else on this site limits this.
07If you appear in something published here
Anyone depicted in material published by this magazine may ask for that material to be removed, whether or not they consented to it originally.
Material is taken down while the request is considered, not after. Send the request to info@ayisha.com and say that you are the person depicted.
08Copyright claims
If you believe material published here infringes your copyright, write to info@ayisha.com and include: the work you say has been copied, the address of the page where it appears, a statement that you believe the use is not authorised, your contact details, and confirmation that the information you have given is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act for them.
09Anti-Human Trafficking Policy
Ayisha.com does not condone or tolerate human sex trafficking in any form, and all suspected instances of human trafficking will be reported to the proper authorities.
10Billing questions and disputes
Subscriptions are billed by CCBill, our authorised payment processor. Card details are never entered on this site.
For anything to do with a charge, a cancellation or a refund, CCBill’s consumer support at support.ccbill.com can act on the billing arrangement directly. You may also write to us at info@ayisha.com and we will take it up with CCBill for you. The full terms are in our Terms of Service.
